These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Photo Measure Notes (the “Service”).
By starting to use the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
The Service is an application that allows users to add photos, draw dimension lines on images, input lengths, and save dimensional information for objects.
Saved information can be viewed in lists and detail views, edited, deleted, and organized into collections.
There is no specific age restriction for using the Service.
However, if consent from a legal guardian is required under applicable laws, users must obtain such consent before using the Service.
Premium features are available through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. The included features, price, duration, and other applicable conditions are shown in the in-app purchase screen before purchase.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current subscription period unless the user cancels. The App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) charges the payment method registered to the user’s store account at confirmation and at each renewal. Subscriptions can be canceled from the account settings of the applicable store. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime plan is charged once and does not renew automatically.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, the subscription may automatically convert to the displayed subscription price and duration when the offer ends. Applicable conditions are shown before purchase.
The price, payment method, and other transaction terms for premium features are also governed by the rules of the App Store or Google Play. Restoration of purchased features is handled in accordance with each app store’s specifications and the methods designated by us.
Whether a refund is available, and under what conditions, is governed by each app store’s policy. We may change the content or price of premium features to the extent permitted by applicable law.
