These terms govern use of Sakena (the “app”).
Sakena lets you record and view photos, names, ratings, and notes for bottles of sake and other drinks on a shelf stored on your device. Some features depend on Apple Vision, Apple Intelligence, Image Playground, and device settings. Not every feature is available on every device or in every environment.
Only use photos and other content for which you have the necessary rights or permissions. Records are stored locally. The app does not provide its own sync or restore feature, and data may be lost if the app is removed or a device is lost, damaged, or changed.
Name suggestions, text recognition, image comparison, and generated images may be inaccurate. Generation may change labels, text, or shapes. Please review results before saving them. Automated analysis does not guarantee a product’s authenticity or quality.
Do not violate applicable law or others’ rights, interfere with the app or related services, or attempt unauthorized access.
The app is a record-keeping tool and does not encourage alcohol consumption. Follow the laws in your location, including legal age restrictions on purchasing or consuming alcohol.
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent allowed by law, the developer does not guarantee operation in every environment or the completeness of records or automated results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
