These Terms of Service govern your use of Setlimake. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree.
Setlimake lets you enter or choose a song list, review song and artist information, check Apple Music candidates, and create an Apple Music playlist from songs you select. The available screens and features may change or end as the app evolves.
Setlimake depends on Apple Music, MusicKit, Apple Intelligence, iOS, App Store, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and other third-party services. Availability can vary by device, OS version, language, region, account, settings, subscription, network, and third-party changes.
You are responsible for the song lists, titles, artist names, images, and other information you enter or choose. You must have the rights or permission needed to use that content. Drafts and review data may be lost through app deletion, device failure, OS behavior, or other circumstances.
You may review and correct candidates before creating a playlist. Setlimake does not guarantee that every extracted title, artist, Apple Music candidate, or playlist will be correct. Variations in spelling, duplicate titles, covers, alternate versions, catalog availability, and regional catalogs can produce unexpected results.
Creating a playlist may require an Apple Music subscription, Apple Music access permission, and Sync Library. The playlist is created in your Apple Music library and is subject to Apple Music’s settings and terms. Setlimake is not an Apple or Apple Music official app or partner service.
Free users may see ads before playlist creation. Setlimake Pro provides playlist creation without ads. Available products, prices, billing periods, renewal rules, and eligibility are shown in the purchase screen and App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the next renewal. Deleting Setlimake does not cancel a subscription. Purchases, refunds, billing, and subscription management are handled through Apple and the App Store.
Where a rewarded ad is required, playlist creation may continue after the ad is completed and the reward is confirmed. Ad availability, content, measurement, and delivery are subject to the ad provider’s terms. If an ad cannot be loaded or completed, the advertised flow may be unavailable, subject to the app’s current behavior.
You may not use Setlimake unlawfully; overload or interfere with the service; exploit vulnerabilities; reverse engineer or modify the app except where law permits; infringe another person’s rights; misuse Apple Music, App Store, AdMob, RevenueCat, or other third-party services; or use the app to distribute content without the required permission.
Setlimake and its original content belong to the developer or the applicable rights holders. Your content remains yours or belongs to its rights holder. Apple, Apple Music, MusicKit, App Store, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and related names and services belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Setlimake does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, continuity, or security.
Setlimake is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by service interruption, device or OS issues, network conditions, Apple Music or other third-party services, lost local data, failed playlist creation, or incorrect candidates, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
